We are looking for two Team Leaders for food production

We are now looking for two Team Leaders for our client's food production – a role for you who want to take responsibility, lead the daily work, and contribute to a stable and well-functioning production.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily operations in production. You work closely with the business, monitor results, and ensure that routines, instructions, and quality requirements are followed. The role requires a present and clear leader who creates structure, promotes good order, and ensures that the team has the right conditions to succeed.

You operate in an organization that values participation and continuous improvements. With clear communication and stable leadership, you contribute to the production developing in a sustainable and efficient way.

Your main responsibilities

- Plan, lead, and follow up on daily production work

- Introduce, instruct, and ensure that employees follow routines and work processes

- Ensure that the right competence and resources are in place in the team

- Follow up that instructions, routines, and processes are adhered to

- Manage any challenges in the work and strive for a collaborative work environment

- Ensure that production is carried out according to applicable food safety standards

- Contribute to a safe, pleasant, and inclusive work environment

- Participate in improvement work and contribute suggestions that develop the business

Requirements

- High school education, preferably with a focus on food, technology, or production

- At least 2-3 years of experience in leadership

- Good knowledge of food hygiene, quality assurance, and production technology

- Understanding of mechanical production and handling of production equipment

- Experience with production planning systems and reporting tools (e.g., M3)

Meritorious

Experience working according to HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, or similar food safety standards

Personal qualities

You are a confident and clear leader who creates structure and good order in the work. You enjoy having overall responsibility, are communicative, and have a knack for getting the team to work towards common goals. You are solution-oriented, engaged, and have good judgment in both everyday and more demanding situations.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.
